We purchased a condo in Sun Peaks, BC as primarily a rental property in May 2016. We found Visual Expressionz through Houzz and engaged Joy to do a complete renovation of the space. Joy was wonderful to work with and met all of our requirements beautifully! Keep in mind that we didn't even meet her until the renovation was completely done. All of the project management, conceptual design and furniture (and flooring, lighting, etc.) selection was done with minimal input from us. Budget and durability were the key directives but we ended up with a very attractive, modern ski lodge! We love the end product!
